Great Ormond St Hospital: Harrods Charity Ball

JUSTSO is a Creative Design and Event Management Agency London.

The Iconic London Department Store, Harrods, hosted the 2013 Great Ormond Street Hospital Children’s Charity Ball. Dinner Tables at the event were sold to raise funds for the charity. With an iconic venue in central London, live entertainment from Gary Barlow and stunning “Twas The Night Before Christmas” props created by the JUSTSO team this was an amazing event.

Initial mood boards were created by the JUSTSO creative design team to decide the colour palette, theme direction and a selection of props.

GOSH Mood Boards

From acrylic toy soldiers and giant glittered presents to a wooden gingerbread house, the life size props went into production. The JUSTSO team had daily updates to ensure everything was running to schedule and looking stunning. Visuals were created by the JUSTSO creative design team to ensure success of the overall ambience and a logical layout.

GOSH VISUALS

Set up took place the day prior to the event with the JUSTSO events team, members of the Harrods team and a full crew. This included toy soldier themed chair covers, a glistening glittery archway entrance and rotating table centrepieces that incorporated Harrods lollipops and LED candles. The Georgian Restaurant at Harrods was transformed into a magical Christmas venue.
