Harrods: Vogue Festival

JUSTSO is one of the leading Retail Merchandising Companies. Harrods invited their customers to celebrate the legendary green doorman, with a social media competition in collaboration with Vogue Festival 2015. Participants were tasked to provide photos of a cut-out paper version, available to download and print, of their green man in imaginative scenarios, and locations. Contestants had to simply add the hashtags #MyGreenMan @Harrods #VogueFestival to their social media in order to be considered.

JUSTSO’s in-house design team were responsible for the artwork design that was utilised for the paper cut-out of the infamous green gentlemen. Not only that, but Harrods wanted to generate campaign awareness. How? They sought so by providing their top clientele, and collaborative partners with a premium wooden figurine of the green doorman.

We started the process by producing a small-batch, just before the festival, which was received by Harrods most high-profile customers. The green doorman went global, and was such a hit – that we had multiple orders totalling over 1,000 figurines to roll them out to additional top-tier clientele, and the social media savvy crowd.

Our team are immensely proud that the little green men that started life in the workshop, are now scattered across the globe residing with some of the most important influencers of the luxury world.

The three lucky winners of the social media campaign were chosen on April 27th 2015, and received a considerable spending spree at the world-famous department store.
